We’re Hiring – Account Manager

An opportunity has arisen to join the sales team on a full time basis on a regular day of 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of the company’s sales function and management of existing high value customers ensuring the highest level of customer care.

Working within a data driven team, the role will consist of managing in-bound & existing leads to drive & convert high value sales ensuring initial & repeat purchase business.

 

KEY TASKS:

 

  • Management of existing customers & high value accounts whilst going above & beyond to service our clients needs
  • Delivery & execution of agreed KPIs in accordance with the sales plan
  • Identifying leads & opportunities alongside new audiences, customers, growth area, trends & products
  • Conversion of high value leads to drive initial and repeat purchase business
  • Delivering key customer revenue growth YoY in accordance with the Sale Plan
  • Reporting of KPIs including lead conversion & sales data to the Sales Manager
  • Work strategically, planning thoroughly & maintaining top level view to improve & develop the sales plan
  • Work alongside the marketing team to ensure marketing activity & strategy is as effective as possible in supporting the sale team function
  • Have a great understand of the businesses’ services on offer as well as product & production capabilities
  • Responsible for order management & work flow through the factory in accordance to the clients needs
  • Work in conjunction with the finance team & ensure financial best practice is being followed within the sale function
  • Maintaining & management of customer & supplier records
  • Aftersales – regular communication with key clients to maximise opportunities and identify service improvements & repeat purchase business

 

KPIs

The following KPIs will be monitored on a monthly basis to ensure we’re working to & inline with the sale plan:

  • Lead to opportunity conversion
  • Opportunities won
  • Revenue against sales plan
  • Growth of key & high value accounts

 

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Experience working within a fast paced data driven environment working to & delivering set KPIs
  • Experience working in a proactive customer service / sales environment
  • Experience & understanding of sales funnels

 

THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Ideally the candidate will have some sales & customer service experience along with the following:
  • Drive and enthusiasm for delivering KPIs
  • Work as part of a team, in a fast paced, data driven environment.
  • Good interpersonal, communication & teamwork skills
  • A conscientious, flexible and ‘can do’ working style.
  • Confidence to deal with difficult situations and to know when appropriate to seek guidance
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organisation skills and ability to plan & prioritise tasks
  • Good numeracy skills

 

KEY KNOWLEDGE

  • CRM knowledge
  • Working knowledge of G Suite and/or Microsoft Packages (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of sales and business development processes
  • Understanding of key audiences

Set up in a bedroom back in 2005 by our founder Luke, we have grown to a team of 80 and now make over 9 million customised products every year. Based on the edge of Leeds city centre, from our 20,000 square foot facility we are capable of producing more than 700 different products.

We serve a vast range of customers ranging from bands and record labels, through to clothing companies and restaurant chains. Our focus is on providing an awesome experience, offering our customers the best possible products and service, with flexible print run lengths and catering for tight turnarounds.

We have ensured all our employees health and safety are our first priority and issued our new safety measures, all noted in our social distancing and cleanliness handbook. We provide all staff hand sanitiser sprays and wipes. We have designated hand sanitisers pumps in each department.

Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
