Awesome Merch at ArcTanGent Festival 2015

Did you go to Arctangent Festival 2015? If so you will know just how good the festival was, but if not we’ll give you a little insight into it.

ArcTanGent is a UK festival just a few miles outside of Bristol which is dedicated to all bands math-rock, post rock and noise rock. The festival spans over 3 nights of camping with a choice of 70 bands on 4 stages, along with a silent disco after the bands finish and some amazing food trucks available.

Us at Awesome teamed up with ArcTanGent to provide all of the official festival merchandise, but didn’t just want to stop there knowing how great the festival sounded, so a few of us packed our sleeping bags and headed down to check it out and give out our Awesome Merch x ArcTanGent goodie bags, which you may have seen about over the weekend.

For a relatively new festival ArcTanGent has an incredibly established vibe. All of the people that we managed to meet, be it crew, bands or festival goers, were among some of the nicest and most passionate people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

We had so many highlights from this festival! We caught the whole of Dillinger Escape Plan and Deafheaven who blew us away on the main stage, and saw some of our friends on our Awesome Distro such as Axes and Tangled Hair. We thoroughly enjoyed the food vendors, one in particular being Becky’s Bhajis who do some amazing deep fried samosa sandwiches! If you missed it this year, you better go along next year to our new favourite festival! Check out the slideshow below for a collection of photos we took over the weekend.

Were you there? Tweet us and tell us about your highlights!
